Universal Toll Free Numbers

A UIFN is a phone number that is free to call and available from multiple countries. This is a perfect service if you only want to publish one telephone number for your customers to call you, for free, across different countries. The service doesn't work in every country so please check with us for a list of current countries. 

Charges

A UIFN is charged at 5 different levels.

1. There is a one off set up fee for the number. 
2. There is a one off set up fee to enable the service in a country. 
3. There is a monthly rental for the number in each country that it is established in.
4. There is a call cost for every call received into the UIFN.
5. There is an annual service charge for the number to remain active.

Set up Times

Setting up a UIFN has variable set up times depending on the countries that you are opening the service in. Please contact us for more information on these timescales. 

Minimum Term

There is a 12 month minimum term for this service.
